Quality Control and Microbiological Analysis

UniLabNote features a dedicated module for microbiological analyses, enabling data entry, calculations, and tracking throughout the entire analytical process. Additionally, the system allows for the generation of a Control Chart for each analysis, facilitating monitoring and ensuring quality assurance.

User-Friendly and Customizable Interface

The system's interface is designed to be intuitive, featuring conveniences such as automatic recognition of connected instruments and Work Instructions (WI) for each analysis. Additionally, the system offers customizable graphical visualization tools, making data interpretation easier.

SPC (Statistical Process Control)

The UniLabNote SPC module is a powerful tool for quality monitoring. It allows the generation of Control Charts, providing insights into the performance of each analysis, following all the requirements of the Standard Methods of Water and Wastewater. GRUBBS Test

UniLabNote offers the GRUBBS Test feature, a statistical method used to identify potential outliers in a data set. This test is crucial for ensuring the integrity and reliability of analyses, as extreme values can distort results and compromise the quality of conclusions.

How It Works:

• When "Yes": By opting to perform the GRUBBS Test, the system will automatically check for the presence of outliers in your new control charts, providing an additional layer of quality verification.
• When "No": If you choose not to perform the test, the system will proceed without this verification, ideal for situations where there is already high confidence in the data or when outlier verification is not necessary.

F-test (Snedecor)

The F Test, also known as Snedecor's Test, is another advanced feature offered by UniLabNote. This test is used to assess whether the variances of two populations can be considered equal with a certain level of confidence. This feature is particularly useful for comparing the variances of the current and previous control charts.

How it works:

• When "Yes": By opting to perform the F-Test, the system will compare the variances of the current and previous control charts. If the test is favorable, the system will recalculate the limits using the most recent results. This allows for continuous and accurate updates of the control parameters.
• When "No": : If you choose not to perform the F-Test, the system will retain the limits from the previous chart. This option is useful when you have confidence in the current control parameters and do not see the need for an additional verification.
