  • Fully parameterized system, allowing the configuration of: analysis, analytical methods, formulas, instruments, glassware, reagents, norms, government regulations, work teams, clients and suppliers, etc. The system accepts an unlimited amount of regulations and their control parameters.
  • Definition of access rights for users to meet the demands for qualification and realibility from ISO/IEC-17025 and 21CFR11, via passwords, digital print, magnetic card, etc.
  • Registration of Sampling Points, with definition of 3 view models:
    - administrative view (charts);
    - geographical view (physical location);
    - process view (identifies the phase/point of the production process).



A set of resources that enables managing and controlling the conformity with requirements from government regulations (ANVISA, Ministry of Health, CONAMA, etc.), internal norms (GMP, BPL, etc.) and norms from internal clients (production release, process control, etc.), via the following features:


  • Identification and grouping of different sampling points and automatic creation of a collection spreadsheet with definition of the planned date of collection, the person in charge and remarks for the collection procedures.

PocketLab is a Data Collection System integrated with the Sampling Schedule, that uses PDA-type pocket microcomputers, replacing manual notes, reducing errors and eliminating the use of paper and clipboards.

Considerable reduction of data noted down in each sample point (date and time of each collection, date and time of arrival in the laboratory, field notes, person in charge for the collection, etc.). Automatic download of field/process data directly to the system, eliminating completely mistyping and misinterpretations.



For receiving samples, UniLIMS features allow:

The UniLab has the following features:

  • Connectivity with several types and models of market analysis instruments, so that results determined in the instruments are transferred directly to the system, with no need to type.

The UniStock module enables the control of consumable material stock (solution, reagents, solvents, columns, etc.). The main functions are:


  • Control of quantities, entrance and exit dates, expiration, price and supplier.
  • Control of the person in charge for operation and use of the product, as well as for tracking its stock.
  • Control of the use of products per lab, per bench and in which analysis were they used.
  • Control of the main product and its derivatives.
  • Registration of security information for a proper storage of the reagents.
  • Supervisory and consultation functions.
  • Emission of management reports (input/output and stock position).
