  • Fully parameterized system, allowing the configuration of: analysis, analytical methods, formulas, instruments, glassware, reagents, norms, government regulations, work teams, clients and suppliers, etc. The system accepts an unlimited amount of regulations and their control parameters.
  • Definition of access rights for users to meet the demands for qualification and realibility from ISO/IEC-17025 and 21CFR11, via passwords, digital print, magnetic card, etc.
  • Registration of Sampling Points, with definition of 3 view models:
    - administrative view (charts);
    - geographical view (physical location);
    - process view (identifies the phase/point of the production process).

 

 

A set of resources that enables managing and controlling the conformity with requirements from government regulations (ANVISA, Ministry of Health, CONAMA, etc.), internal norms (GMP, BPL, etc.) and norms from internal clients (production release, process control, etc.), via the following features:

 

  • Identification and grouping of different sampling points and automatic creation of a collection spreadsheet with definition of the planned date of collection, the person in charge and remarks for the collection procedures.
  • Definition of the analysis group for each sample.
  • Report issue with collection instructions, list, amount and types of packages to be used.
  • Automatic creation of samples identification, with numbering controlled by the system and emission of labels with bar code (the content of the labels, such as: collection date, lot, analysis, preservation, etc., are configurable by the user).

 

 

PocketLab is a Data Collection System integrated with the Sampling Schedule, that uses PDA-type pocket microcomputers, replacing manual notes, reducing errors and eliminating the use of paper and clipboards.


Considerable reduction of data noted down in each sample point (date and time of each collection, date and time of arrival in the laboratory, field notes, person in charge for the collection, etc.). Automatic download of field/process data directly to the system, eliminating completely mistyping and misinterpretations.

 

 

For receiving samples, UniLIMS features allow:

 

  • Defining, automatically, date and time of arrival;
  • Defining, automatically, the person in charge for the inspection;
  • Reading bar code labels, facilitating the procedures for identification, reducing the times for receiving, releasing and distributing samples for various sectors/benches of the lab;
  • Rating the state of the samples (not collected, rejected, expired, broken package/flask, etc.).

 

These features eliminate typing errors and increase productivity and reliability in the lab.

 

 

With a simple user interface, the UniLab module is responsible for automating the analytical processes in the laboratory, enabling the complete management of all phases in these processes.

 

With it, it’s possible to eliminate up to 100% of existing papers in lab workbenches
(forms, spreadsheets, files, work instructions, POs, SOPs, etc.).

 

The UniLab has the following features:

 

  • Identification of the Instrument, Method, Person in Charge of Analysis, date and time for carrying out the analysis.
  • Connectivity with several types and models of market analysis instruments, so that results determined in the instruments are transferred directly to the system, with no need to type.
  • Full traceability of processes and detailed and safe storage of information.
  • Process Statistical Control – CEP, with X-R Letter and Amplitude, allowing to trace and link normal samples with standard samples.
  • Selection of formulas used in calculations.
  • Control of Instruments Detection Limits/Analysis Methods (LDM).
  • Identification and expiration date of reagents used in the analysis process.
  • Inspection of Admeasurement and Identification of glassware used in the analysis process.
  • Alarms for the results outside the established limits: in norms and regulations, for equipment and glassware past the calibration expiration date and for expired reagents.
  • Results from Standard Analysis and the relations of these with results from normal samples, allowing to validate or not a set of results.

 

 

The UniStock module enables the control of consumable material stock (solution, reagents, solvents, columns, etc.). The main functions are:

 

  • Control of quantities, entrance and exit dates, expiration, price and supplier.
  • Control of the person in charge for operation and use of the product, as well as for tracking its stock.
  • Control of the use of products per lab, per bench and in which analysis were they used.
  • Control of the main product and its derivatives.
  • Registration of security information for a proper storage of the reagents.
  • Supervisory and consultation functions.
  • Emission of management reports (input/output and stock position).
  • • Emission of control reports to the Federal Police, Civil Police, Ministry of the Army and Ministry of Science and Technology.
  • Interface with the company’s ERP, to trigger, or not, the automatic replacement of the stock.

 

 

The UniMan module enables the full management and control of the set of equipment in the lab, with the following features:

 

  • Detailed registration of the equipment (manufacturer, model, serial number, equity number, calibration date, etc.).
  • Equipment’s situation, frequency of calibration/maintenance and alerts about the expiration of calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • Dates of shipment and return of calibration and maintenance.
  • Registration of service providers for calibration and maintenance.
